INTRODUCTION
ZedAgeMart is a website operated by Zed Age Infotech and this SHIPPING POLICY contains the details of the methods involved in delivery, the periods and the charges that are applied to the orders for the products made through our website.
The policy does not create the legally enforceable rights and the obligations in fact it merely indicates the usual practices involved in the relation to the delivery of the products.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- ZedAgeMart charges between Rs-30 to Rs-300 per invoice for delivery depending upon the radius from the operating location.
- For the nearby areas of Dankuni, Delivery Charges will depend and can be increased as well if the areas of the delivery range beyond the limit from the operating location.
- Delivery charges are only meant for the radius of the location from the operating zone and for the size of the order. Customer can place as small as or as big as order for the products, there is no limit applied for the variants of the size of the order. Weight also matter, only charges are applied for the location and for the orders above 50 kg will be charged accordingly (customer, will be contacted and information will be provided- customer will be requested to pay the additional amount through the medium of UPI).
LIMITATIONS-GEOGRAPHICAL
ZedAgeMart is currently operating in Dankuni and its nearby places and that too delivery is also available for the same. WE DO PROVIDE THE SERVICE outside Dankuni selectively. Still if there is an urgency, delivery can be provided on request- Customer is requested to kindly make the cart, and then shoot an e-mail to contact@zedagemart.in or else call on 9474413998 or 9800609438 to get an shipping estimate and confirmation as well whether the delivery is possible or not. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE PAYMENT BEFORE CONFIRMATION. Once the payment (before confirmation) is made neither ZedAgeMart nor the PAYMENT GATEWAY will be responsible for the refunds.
DELIVERY PERIODS
and METHODS
- ZedAgeMart calculates the delivery charges at the time of generating the invoices by the website and it will be automatically applied to the order placed before the checkout process.
- COD is also available. Payment has to be made at the time of generating the order.
- If in case, the radius seems to be exceeded and the charges are not applied in the invoice, the customer will be requested and contacted to pay the rest of the amount through the UPI mode before proceeding the order itself.
- All the orders placed after 12:00 PM are obvious to get delivered the next day, only in case of an emergency the order can be considered for the same day delivery (customer is requested to contact once on 9474413998 and confirm first)
- Any order placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. This might change a bit depending on the circumstances based on the location or any local issue (particularly due to COVID).
DELIVERY TIME and TRACKING
- ZedAgeMart provides the easy tracking of the Status. Once the order has been placed, customer is regularly being notified through the status till the order gets delivered.
- Tracking of delivery is available in the concern of all the products which are ordered.
- ZedAgeMart sends own people for the Delivery within the town. If, in case there is an order outside the Hometown (after confirmation) channel will be arranged, and the customer will be regularly updated for the same. DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS (particularly outside Dankuni) if someone uses the name of ZedAgeMart and tries to deliver the order. ZedAgeMart uses a proper channel of contacting the customer and notifies every single action. Customer is requested to be vigilant at the own hand as well and contact once on either 9474413998 or else 9800609438 before accepting any suspicious order.
